Sunday, Oct. 1 is Respect Life Sunday, kicking off Respect Life Month. On Respect Life Sunday, Bishop Michael Sis will celebrate a diocesan pro-life Mass and the major cities in our diocese will see "Life Chains" along popular roadways to draw attention to the sanctity of life.
 

Diocesan Pro-Life Mass

Bishop Michael J. Sis will celebrate a diocesan pro-life Mass at St. Joseph Parish in San Angelo at 11:15 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 1.
 

National Life Chain

Each year since 1987, the National Life Chain has seen believers in cities across the country stand up for life on the first Sunday in October. Participants hold signs with pro-life messages as drivers go about their Sunday routine. To learn more about the National Life Chain, visit lifechain.org.
