Natural Family Planning (NFP) teaches couples about their combined fertility. It is a shared method where both husband and wife take on the responisbility for family planning.

This class teaches couples to understand and chart the women's cyclical patterns and enables them to identify their windows of fertility in each cycle.

NFP Classes are offered at Christ the King Retreat Center at the conclusion of all Engaged Encounter retreats.
